Customized training
Our training department has been working with a series of US universities: California State University (Cal State LA), Stanford University, Harvard University, Columbia University, West Point Military Academy, University of Southern California (USA), Pasadena City College for  the customized training projects
We have sucessfully provided the services for more than 30,000 trainees including: State-owned Assets Assessment Agency, Light Industry Association, the State Economic and Trade Commission, State Planning Commission, Ningbo CCPIT, Ministry of Finance, Office of the State Council, the introduction of intellectual talent, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Executive Management Institute and Hebei, Shanxi, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangsu, Beijing, Sichuan, Zhejiang and Shanghai

Training projects:
Training for educators ,the training of scientific professionals, intellectual property, and the agro-industry and agricultural technology ,urban planning and construction, International Trade , Technology Park Management, continuing education for professional and technical personnel,  management  training for social security system personnel, financing and risk management  in high-tech enterprises, HRM, Taxation, Business Administration, Accounting and Auditing, Trade Mark and Patent , Stock Market Investment, banking, real estate investment management, agricultural modernization theory and practice, social welfare management, management of insurance business, traffic management

Procedure of the customized projects:
1) Pre-stage: Our project managers will  communicate with customers face to face regarding  training purposes, curriculum design, schedule, training facilities, budget and provide a final proposal to our customers.
2)  Project Manager will submit the report to our training department in US headquarter for the            project design. In order to develop  a comprehensive training program ,training courses would be  designed upon request and budget of the customers by finding the right partner schools and the lecturers, arranging the business visits and field trips in the relative organizations. Then this final training program would be reviewed by project managers and discussed with the customers for revision and adjustment.
3) Final confirmation of proposal and budget: A contract will be signed for a final confirmation of proposal, budget and the implementation
4)  Briefing with the visitors: Our project managers will host a briefing meeting with the visitors, answering the questions, confirming the final issues  regarding the visit plan.

5)  Visa application : we will assist our customers with their visas application including  providing invitation letters, making the interview appointment, filling the application forms ,training for interviews and preparing the handbook

6) Final stage before departure: We provide the visitors a completed checklist about the travel including the must-take stuff,  itinerary, hotel confirmation , training schedule  and  business visits' confirmation, print-out of training material, safety issues, the introduction of the sightseeing and so on

7) Quality control for the itinerary  overseas: Our group operator and coordinator will communicate with the group leaders and lecturers to guarantee the smooth flow of everyday's activities. As the guests have any complaints, we will take the initiative within twenty-four hours to solve customers' problems.

8) After-stage summary and feedback: Before returning back to China, we will have a meeting with the trainees, the lecturers  and our group operators to summarize and collect the feedback based on two major points: 1. Whether the  lecture design is satisfied  for customers' request? 2.Whether the service and logistic management is satisfied for customers' request?
