Over the years, we have been working  for the training programs customized for the teachers from kindergartens, elementary, middle schools, high schools and colleges with flexible terms such as short, medium and long-term training,and these trainings includes: the training of principals, the training of kindergarten teachers, primaryschool teacher training,English teacher training . With our effort of matchmaking, Hedong District of Tianjin and Los Angeles Unified School District ,District 5 became sister school districts as well as Xicheng District Education Bureau of Beijing and Pasadena Unified School District, California. Currently Huairou District Education Bureau and Los Angeles Unified School District ,District 4 are working on the relationship of sister school districts, too. The school district administrators as well as the principals, eachers and students from both sides have conducted a number of visits, exchanges and organized numerous educational Seminars. Through mutual exchange visits, both sides learn from each other and truly improve  their work efficiency and service levels. There are a bunch of sister schools set up between Chinese and American  schools from kindergarten, elementary , middle ,high schools. teachers and students from China have the chance to experience the true American school life by observing the classes, interacting with the American teachers and students in or out the classrooms. Especially there are opportunities for Chinese visitors to observe the foundation education and special education in USA.For the training programs, the trainees are scheduled for discussion and seminars with the American teachers as well as the school administrative staff and parents to discuss the curriculum, teaching methods and school administration. This hands-on approaches to training go far beyond the classroom theory book learning effect.As the end part of a teacher training program, we also arrange the professional college-level lectures ended up with a ceremony distributing the certificate and photos for each trainee by the professors. The purpose by doing so is to combine the classroom- immersion practice and the theory learning. 

In recent years we have been tracking feedback from the past a couple of training groups from Beijing and Tianjin,and it is definitely beneficial for all parties : the teachers , the students and the parents !
